Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) diagnosis with the chromosomal abnormality of 17p Deletion is associated with a poor prognosis. The 17p deletion is found 3‐10% of the time at diagnosis, but 30‐ 50% at relapse. Testing rates at diagnosis and especially relapse are low.
