What Our Previous Fellows Say
NCODA’s Oncology Association Management Fellowship as provided me with a vast number of learning experiences. First, working with the NCODA team to plan/execute large scale events (International professional student meeting) helped me grow my networking, marketing, management, and leadership skills. Second, working with NCODA’s corporate partners to conduct market utilization and market outreach studies has helped me grow my drug delivery, drug marketing, and trial design skills. Third, precepting APPE students has helped me develop as an educator and mentor. Last, working on the production and distribution of treatment support kits has taught me the importance of “Good Manufacturing Practices”, inventory management, and process/procedural education. Another vital aspect of completing this fellowship is NCODA’s support for freedom of creativity.
