How can NCODA help you?

Having access to Quality Standards as well as Oral Chemotherapy Education sheets for patients will greatly improve the care and the information that we provide.

How would you like to be more involved with NCODA?

Continuing to assist in reviewing and updating oral chemotherapy education sheets as well as anything needed to uphold and maintain the NCODA Quality Standards.

What are some challenges you face now or will face in the future?

Access to oral chemotherapy agents continues to be challenging at times. Additionally there has been a steady increase in the number of oral oncolytics that are approved and although administration of treatment at home is convenient for patients, the complexities and toxicities of the agents continues. Continuous monitoring and follow-up with patients is key in obtaining optimal results with little adverse effects.
