Positive Patient Care Tool: Helping Practices Better Understand Patient Needs and Experience

Patient surveys help determine satisfaction levels for patients of NCODA member practices with medically integrated dispensing (MID) pharmacies. A study designed in conjunction with the Community Link program from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs of Syracuse University showed that patients looking for well managed and vigilant care with their provider and pharmacy staff ranked IOD pharmacies high in overall satisfaction versus specialty mail order pharmacies.

NCODA patient surveys are available by download and can be custom branded for the member practice.

Practices and patients benefit when data is collected at the point of care. Patients appreciate when asked what matters most. Practices can adapt care to better meet patient needs.
