Detroit is know as the ‘Motor City’ and best known for as the birthplace for the modern automobile which is showcased at the Henry Ford Museum. Participating in the PSO meeting provides a wonderful opportunity to experience the Henry Ford Museum on the first night when you arrive! You’ll take a step back in time as you explore the history of the automobile.
The city has rich history in art and music, and is the known for its roots in motown music. The Motown Museum is where legends like Marvin Gaye and Michael Jackson got their start, and the studio that produced hits such as Ain’t No Mountain High Enough. Detroit is also known for its influence in art, architecture and design. There is so much to explore in this historic city.
