    Hi everyone! Looking to start a conversation regarding any clinical pearls, lessons, tips on managing patients with switching over to Sustol/Cinvanti

    Hi Josh! We changed our preferred NK1 from Emend to Cinvanti. Our biggest challenge was the man power involved in the physically changing our regimens. Although our system has built in regimens we choose to build our individually to meet our clinics needs.
