The goal of this presentation is to educate pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, students, and residents about FDA approved bispecific antibodies in 2023. This presentation will provide a general overview of bispecific antibodies including unique adverse effects and their management. It will then discuss FDA approved indications, mechanism of action and dosing for bispecific antibodies approved in 2023. It will also briefly review the clinical trial data associated with their FDA approval, with a focus on safety and efficacy. Clinical and operational considerations will also be discussed.
