January 2026 International Monthly Webinar

Date: January 22, 2026 | 2:00 PM
Date: Thursday, January 22
Time: 2 p.m. EST

Each month, we bring together voices from across the oncology care spectrum to share what’s new, what’s working, and what’s next. This month, we’re spotlighting Medicare Part D changes and the workflows and policy updates that help teams support affordability and avoid treatment delays.

This Month’s Lineup:

PQI: Streamlining Enrollment in the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (MPPP) – Kasandra Etzel, CPhT, RPhT (Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute and Rx To Go Pharmacy) will break down what the MPPP means for patient affordability and adherence, then walk through a standardized, patient-centered workflow to identify eligible Medicare Part D patients and guide education and enrollment. Attendees will leave with practical documentation, monitoring, and follow-up steps that support timely treatment starts and reduce cost-related delays.

Policy and Legislation – Douglas Braun, PharmD, CSP (NCODA) will review the key federal and state policy shifts in 2026 that may affect pharmacy practice, reimbursement, and patient access. He’ll also translate major Medicare reforms—like the Part D out-of-pocket cap, insulin cost caps, and Maximum Fair Price implementation—into operational takeaways, along with emerging trends around licensure reform, expanded prescriptive authority, PBM regulation, and evolving technician roles.

For additional information or login assistance, reach out to NCODA’s Jonathan Rivera.
