Use the search box below to confirm whether a patient’s treating oncology practice has an in-office, Medically Integrated Pharmacy (MIP) that may be able to dispense the prescribed medication. When an MIP is available, it should be the preferred option for filling the prescribed oncology therapeutic, as it enables care coordination, clinical oversight, and improved patient outcomes.
What is Medically Integrated Pharmacy (MIP)?
A care model where pharmacy services are embedded within the oncology practice. This allows for:
- Direct collaboration between pharmacists and oncology providers
- Real-time clinical decision-making
- Improved medication adherence and patient support
- Seamless coordination across the care team
Disclaimer:
This list of Medically Integrated Pharmacies (MIPs) may not be fully comprehensive and may not include every MIP in the United States. Inclusion on this list does not indicate that a MIP has access to every oncology optimized limited distribution (OOLD) medication. Access to specific medications is determined by manufacturers and their distribution requirements. As a result, not all MIPs listed may have access to every medication. If a MIP is unsure of its access, confirmation should be obtained directly from the manufacturer or distributor. This resource was developed using national pharmacy data to identify potential medically integrated, practice-based oncology pharmacies. While every effort was made to accurately identify MIPs, some eligible pharmacies or dispensing practices inadvertently may not be listed. If your pharmacy or dispensing practice is not included, please complete and submit the form below. NCODA will review the submission and update the list as appropriate.

NCODA’s Oncology Optimized Limited Distribution (OOLD) framework, is designed to improve access to therapies in oncology care.
OOLD tool provides information on various therapies, including brand and generic names, associated diseases, manufacturers, and specific distribution models. By categorizing medications based on their distribution pathways—such as Open, Oncology Optimized Limited Distribution, and PBM-Influenced Limited Distribution—the table empowers healthcare providers to make informed decisions that enhance patient care and streamline access to treatments.
