NCODA Appoints Four New Members to Its Executive Council

CAZENOVIA, NY, February 4, 2026 – NCODA is excited to announce the addition of four highly esteemed professionals to its Executive Council: Dr. Shaily Lakhanpal, Dina B. Dumercy McHenry, PharmD, MBA, BCOP, CSSGB, CPh, Jennifer Pichoske, MS, EMBA, AOCNP, and Yoni Resnick, PharmD. These new appointees bring a wealth of experience and dedication to the oncology field, reinforcing NCODA’s Mission to support healthcare providers and advance the quality of cancer care.

“The appointments of Pardeep, Dina, Jen, and Yoni are significant additions to our Council. They are all leaders in their field and bring decades of experience that will benefit our members,” said NCODA Founder and Executive Director, Michael Reff, RPh, MBA. “Their expertise strengthens NCODA’s ability to address the real-world challenges patients with cancer face, including access to care and seamless coordination across the entire treatment journey.”

Newly Appointed Executive Council Members:

Dr. Shaily Lakhanpal | Alabama Oncology
Dr. Lakhanpal is a dedicated oncologist whose approach to medicine is deeply rooted in compassion and service. He has spent the last 25 years with Alabama Oncology. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Medical Oncology Subspecialty Board, serves as a member of the Alabama Oncology Governing Board, and has been voted Birmingham Magazine’s Best Doctor the last four years.

His mission is simple yet profound: to bring light to the lives of his patients during their darkest moments. His dedication to coloring “the gray skies of one home” reflects his deeply personal commitment to compassionate cancer care.

Dina B. Dumercy McHenry, PharmD, MBA, BCOP, CSSGB, CPh | Assistant Vice President, Oncology Pharmacy and Investigational Drug Services, Baptist Health Cancer Care
Dr. Dina Dumercy McHenry is a senior pharmacy executive with more than 25 years of experience in hematology and oncology, encompassing advanced clinical practice, operational leadership, and enterprise strategy. She currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy at Baptist Health, where she provides executive oversight for oncology pharmacy operations and clinical alignment across cancer care sites, in addition to leading enterprise-wide Investigational Drugs and Research pharmacy services supporting multiple clinical service lines.

A recognized leader at the state and national level, Dr. Dumercy McHenry serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Society of Clinical Oncology (FLASCO), chairs the FLASCO Disparities Committee, and is a member of the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties Employer Advisory Committee. Her professional interests include advancing oncology pharmacy practice, strengthening patient safety and operational excellence, expanding equitable access to care, integrating research across health systems, and developing the next generation of pharmacy leaders.

Jennifer Pichoske, MS, EMBA, AOCNP | Chief Executive Officer, Hematology-Oncology Associates of CNY
With over 30 years of oncology-care experience, Jennifer (Jen) Pichoske, MS, EMBA, AOCNP is the Chief Executive Officer for Hematology-Oncology Associates of CNY (HOACNY) in Syracuse, New York. She is driven and integral in HOACNY’s success utilizing vision, data, and strategy. Jen fosters a culture of respect, state of the art quality care, and integrity by keeping the patient at the center of every decision.

Jen believes in serving her community and profession through board and committee participation as she shares her endless passion for cancer care. Nationally, board participation includes the Community Oncology Alliance (COA) Cancer Administrators Network (CAN), Patient Centered Innovation Committee, Coalition of Hematology Oncology Practices (CHOP) and COA Government Affairs and Policy (GAP).

Yoni Resnick, PharmD | Vice President of Pharmacy, New England Cancer Specialists
Yoni Resnick is the Vice President of Pharmacy at New England Cancer Specialists, an independent community oncology practice with four clinic locations in Maine and New Hampshire. After devoting the first 10 years of his professional career to the practice of inpatient pharmacy, Yoni made the transition to the ambulatory setting and has now been with NECS since 2019. In his current role, Yoni’s responsibilities at NECS involve oversight of all pharmacy services, the research program, drug contracting and industry engagement, financial and formulary decision making, as well as serving as an ambassador for the practice across the many national groups in which NECS actively participates.

Dr. Resnick is deeply committed to an interdisciplinary approach of optimizing the quality of care for oncology patients in the community setting, with an emphasis on reducing barriers to safe and effective implementation of standard of care therapies across all disease states.
