From Insight to Action: Tools to Transform Oncology Patient Communication
Tahsin Imam, PharmD (NCODA), will explore how NCODA’s new communication guide helps facilitate more structured, patient-centered treatment conversations — supporting improved communication, stronger adherence, and better patient outcomes within the medically integrated care model.

Tremelimumab-actl PQI in Action: Patient Management
Ultán McGlone, PharmD (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center), will discuss clinical best practices for managing patients on tremelimumab-actl combination therapy for uHCC and mNSCLC, with practical guidance on care coordination, treatment planning, patient monitoring, and education to improve adherence and symptom management.

Operational Excellence in Subcutaneous Isatuximab-irfc Delivery Using OBI
Melody Chang, RPH, BCOP, MBA (American Oncology Network), will highlight real-world insights on transitioning from IV to subcutaneous isatuximab delivery using the On-Body Injector (OBI), drawing on workflow adaptations, recent ASCO 2025 data, and strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce chair time, and improve the patient experience.
