With over 30 years of oncology-care experience, Jennifer (Jen) Pichoske, MS, EMBA, AOCNP is the Chief Executive Officer for Hematology-Oncology Associates of CNY (HOACNY) in Syracuse, New York. She is driven and integral in HOACNY’s success utilizing vision, data and strategy. Jen fosters a culture of respect, state of the art quality care, and integrity by keeping the patient at the center of every decision.
Jen believes in serving her community and profession through board and committee participation as she shares her endless passion for cancer care. Nationally, board participation includes the Community Oncology Alliance (COA) Cancer Administrators Network (CAN), Patient Centered Innovation Committee, Coalition of Hematology Oncology Practices (CHOP) and COA Government Affairs and Policy (GAP).
Jen enjoys spending time with her two sons, rescue pets, the outdoors, cooking and yoga.
