About Dina

Dr. Dina Dumercy McHenry is a senior pharmacy executive with more than 25 years of experience in hematology and oncology, encompassing advanced clinical practice, operational leadership, and enterprise strategy. She currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy at Baptist Health, where she provides executive oversight for oncology pharmacy operations and clinical alignment across cancer care sites, in addition to leading enterprise-wide Investigational Drugs and Research pharmacy services supporting multiple clinical service lines.

Dr. Dumercy McHenry earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A&M University and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. She pursued advanced oncology specialization through the ASHP Oncology Patient Care Traineeship at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She is Board Certified in Oncology Pharmacy and holds a Master of Business Administration.

A recognized leader at the state and national level, Dr. Dumercy McHenry serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Society of Clinical Oncology (FLASCO), chairs the FLASCO Disparities Committee, and is a member of the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties Employer Advisory Committee. She is also actively engaged with ASHP, HOPA, NCODA, and the Association of Community Cancer Centers. Previously, she served as Residency Program Director for PGY2 Pharmacy Residency programs in Oncology and Investigational Drug Services at two large South Florida health systems.

Her professional interests include advancing oncology pharmacy practice, strengthening patient safety and operational excellence, expanding equitable access to care, integrating research across health systems, and developing the next generation of pharmacy leaders.
