Learning Objectives

  1. Describe key Social Determinants of Health ( SDOH) and Health Health-Related Social Needs (HRSNs) that impact cancer diagnosis, treatment access, adherence, and outcomes.
  2. Discuss evidence evidence-based strategies and national guidelines to standardize SDOH/HRSN screening, documentation, and navigation workflows within oncology care settings.
