Activity Description
This journal club CE activity will address the identified knowledge gap through structured critical appraisal of the ASCENT-04/KEYNOTE-D19 trial, including detailed review of study design, efficacy outcomes, safety data, and statistical interpretation. Case-based discussion and audience polling will reinforce interpretation of progression-free survival, response durability, and toxicity management considerations. Pharmacists will strengthen their ability to evaluate emerging frontline data, integrate new evidence into guideline-based treatment sequencing, and optimize treatment selection in metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. Pharmacy technicians will gain insight into regimen components, workflow implications, and safety monitoring considerations associated with antibody drug conjugate and immunotherapy combinations.
