This webinar-style CE presentation will begin with an overview of mesothelioma, focusing on histology and diagnosis to help clinicians recognize and understand this rare cancer. Led by an Oncology Lung Nurse Navigator, the session will highlight interprofessional navigation, care coordination, and the challenges of guiding patients through the complex healthcare system. A case study of a male veteran diagnosed with mesothelioma will illustrate practical navigation strategies and multidisciplinary collaboration. The presentation will then explore current treatment approaches and conclude with key resources for supporting patients with mesothelioma.
