About Nick
Nick Bouchard is the Senior Director of Pharmacy Solutions for The US Oncology Network. Nick earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Albany College of Pharmacy in 2008. He began his career with Walgreens in Roanoke, Virginia, before returning to New York to join St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse. Over his ten-year tenure there, he held multiple roles—including positions in the Emergency Department, orthopedics floor, and cardiac recovery unit—before eventually becoming the Electronic Medical Records coordinator for the pharmacy module within the Epic system.
In 2020, Nick joined HOACNY’s Medically Integrated Pharmacy (MIP) team, where he worked on authorizations, financial assistance, and patient counseling. In 2022, he was promoted to Director of Pharmacy Services, now overseeing both the MIP and the infusion pharmacies. His current responsibilities include managing accreditations, credentialing, drug contracting, and overall pharmacy operations. In 2025, Nick took on the role of Senior Director of Pharmacy Solutions for The US Oncology Network.
Nick remains deeply engaged in both administrative leadership and clinical care, with a continued passion for the evolving field of oncology pharmacy.
