The NCODA Material Change Request form is used to submit updates to existing clinical education assets. It collects contact details, material information, reasons for the update (e.g., new indications, dosing changes, inaccuracies), and supporting references. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days and may involve edits or more extensive revisions.
