The NCODA Living the Mission Award was established to recognize those member practitioners who exemplify the mission and values of NCODA in its quest to advance the value of dispensing practices for community oncology physicians and deliver positive outcomes through collaboration with all stakeholders involved in the care of oncology patients.

NCODA is currently accepting nominations for the 2018 Living the Mission Award. Last year’s recipient was Julie Watson, Pharmacist in Charge, Southeast Nebraska Cancer Center, for her considerable contribution to NCODA’s growth by recruiting several practices to join, and by consistent and high quality contributions to NCODA’ programs and initiatives.

Criteria for nominating a fellow NCODA member:

  • NCODA member at least one year.

  • May not be a member of the Executive Council

  • An Active participant in NCODA strategic initiatives.

  • Other

Selection Process:

Living the Mission Award nominations are open to the membership using the nomination form approved by the LTM Award Committee.

Nominations for the 2017 LTM Award are due no later than September 30, 2018.
